Bought a new 2011 Husqvarna TE 310 here last fall (2014). Very professional and excellent sales department. Because it is a 2011 there was no warranty on the bike, however Kevin said they would look after me and my purchase. I had really hoped that I would not need this, but this spring as I was riding my bike it locked up on me. I thought the engine seized as I couldn't kick it over. I was devastated. I called Kevin and he told me to bring it up so they could take a look. After pulling it apart they found out that a nut had come loose in the bottom end, thankfully not a seized engine. It must have been a factory defect, forgot to torque it, no lock tite? Kevin and that staff at CC Cycle fixed the bike for me and honoured his statement that they would look after it. Not only did they fix it but they also did its first service free of charge. You don't see this type of service anymore. A huge thank you goes out to Kevin and the staff at CC Cycle.

Good morning Kevin. I would like to take a moment to thank Brett and CC cycle for the excellent service that I recently received for my 2012 M800. All to often companies receive the negative calls about the poor service but never the great service and I would like to break that habit. I would like to start by thanking Brett for going well above what I had expected for service. Brett not only met my expectations he went out of his way to ensure I received maximum benefit from my Cat care and left no stone unturned to make sure my machine was perfect for the up coming season.
